Chartered Accountant registered with the Ordine di Genova (Genoa’s association of certified accountants) since 1992, Legal Auditor since 1995, Court-appointed Technical Expert for Genoa Law Court since 1996.

Practises as a chartered accountant in his own firm, specialising in the following areas:

- business, tax and company consultancy, mainly for trading and industrial companies and businesses;

- member of Boards of Statutory Auditors, Sole Auditor, Auditor, member of Boards of Directors, for trading companies including some quoted on the stock market;

- receiver for Genoa Law Court;

- party-appointed technical expert in civil and criminal proceedings, asset valuer;

Author of various professional publications and university textbooks.

Teacher and speaker for courses and events, teaching fellow and visiting lecturer at the University of Genoa.
